  • OMG!! I was so scared at first, thinking I would not be able to finish ,but as soon as I got there they put my fears to rest, I loved it! So much so I went immediately back the next day. Its clean the ladies and gentlemen are polite and understanding no pressure I'm trying to go three days a week it relaxes me takes all the stress away. highly recommend it.

  • Regular practice of Bikram yoga has given me numerous health benefits. Flexibility, and strength of various joints, ligaments and tendons - just to name a few. Not only strength and flexibility, this series of postures is excellent for working of various internal organs. I can't emphasize more about the physical well being this has given to me. I never considered myself in good shape before I started practicing Bikram Yoga. Now I do!!

  • I started practicing at BIKRAM YOGA NYC Midtown in 2007, and it is my home studio. A few years ago, I was taking my final savasana (corpse pose/ final rest) and had a simple realization. I will be doing this for the rest of my life. I feel this realization came to me, in part, due to the energy, and non judgmental treatment I have received from the studio's management and ownership and the other students. Life in NYC can be challenging, but BIKRAM YOGA NYC is a place I can go to recharge, relax, work, and heal. I gave myself the gift of life.

  • I walked in a little nervous but Gerardo was so pleasant and helpful and encouraging. I wish every business had a Gerardo. He's a great energy to greet people and a great yoga instructor. It was my first time ever doing Bikram Yoga and he made me feel at ease and welcomed. Other patrons were so friendly and helpful. It was an experience I will never forget and am looking forward to returning.

  • Have not taken a bikram yoga course in almost 15 years. This class was perfect. The teacher was fantastic! He helped me to make it through the whole class. Room temperature was good.Very clean. The only negative thing I would say was that there was a very strong scent on the towels and I found it burned my eyes and was hard to breathe in when lying on the towels. I think it must be what you clean them with. I would definitely come back and take more classes. Thank you for a wonderful class.

  • I started eating healthier foods and making better choices secondary to my Bikram practice.  I wanted foods that fueled and replenished me as well as hydrated me.  As a result of the 30 day challenge I felt a better and clearer focus, positive outlook on health and wellness, and less stressed out.  I look and feel amazing now.  It has kick started my journey to a better me.
